Actually, I am quite aware of what the drivers are faced with, having worked in an extremely similar industry. My problem is a system that enforces such behavior and provides me with only 1 face for customer service, my driver. Have you tried calling UPS?

This entire system needs to be broken and fixed. We are the customer, the UPS driver should not be made to think or act like he is the most important person in the world when delivering packages. Next time this happens I will be lodging a formal complaint.

When u don’t work for ups, its hard to know what the drivers are faced with. I’m a drver, and have been for 16 years. In recent years ups has become bad to work for. When I started the customer was the focus, and customer service was important. Now days we are allowed 18 second to complete the stop, or face strict interrogation by management demanding to know what took so long. The tactics you mentiond above are strictly enforced. its nothin personal, its just the driver is under tremendous stress.

This sounds very interesting, and thank you for putting this together.

This is a very interesting race, and I’m surprised that Mayor Weinzapfel and many of the local Democrats are sitting this one out or throwing their support to Mr. Winnecke. If Weinzapfel has his eye on higher office (wouldn’t he like to consider being governor or lieutenant governor with John Gregg?), he can’t risk ticking off the state Democrats.

Nonetheless, it will be interesting to see this all play out in the next two weeks. Thank you again for this chance to get to know the candidates in a new way!

I live two blocks from the Garvin Park entrance and if that closes I get cut off from just about everywhere. I am thinking about starting a petition to fix that area and keep it open. Let me know on you tube of you would like to help. plz & ty

I guess that’s my point, these would be discussions worth exploring. Not that I’m looking for easy, but looking for direction and insight into a medium I feel is currently being exploited. Trial and error is not something I’m willing to invest in.

There were some hints about techniques worthwhile, like keywords in Titles and Tags. However, there weren’t any further discussion into these types of techniques, other than trial and error. Oh, it didn’t work, just make MORE! meh.

If it were as easy as a formula everyone would do it.

Great video campaign + Call to action + Profit Margin doesn’t always = increase in sales

Just have to try and see what works. Each business/market/customer is different.
