Just reconciling my bank account and had trouble figuring out what IntrStatStudio BOCChkCon represented. This was a transaction name for a conversion from a check to an electronic payment, however I did not recognize the name.
This is the charge for my daughters school pictures and the payment was submitted to Inter-State Studio & Publishing. So, don’t freak out, that charge is legit, assuming you paid for pictures for your school kid in the Evansville, IN area. My daughter attends Scott School, so I can confirm that this charge was for school pictures.

Just saw this same charge, it was flagged as a fee by mint.com. Turns out it was school pictures from the Salt Lake City, Utah area.
Brian, must be some sort of processor for a group of school photographers. Glad you found the source. With all the stolen credit card information floating around, because of Target and other stores becoming compromised, it’s important for these indicators to be accurate.
I would hate to file a charge back on a legit charge, that I did not recognize just because of the wonky name.
Same here in Boynton Beach Floridia.
Yep, it’s definitely school pictures.
So… those photograph studios must be more specific. I wasted more that 30 minutes. I am in long island ny.
Thanks so much for posting this, it helped me figure out my own charge with the same name here in Colorado. School pics it is!
Briana, glad it helped. It really is unfortunate that they aren’t required to be more specific with their charge labeling.
My transaction also included my check numbers so that was helpful in verifying that it was a legit charge for school pictures.
Almost closed out our account till I found this. Mine does not have a check #. We are in Texas
Kimberly, I don’t believe mine had a check# either, which I think is ridiculous.
Same here in Ohio.
Thanks so much for posting this. Was just freaking out a little looking at my bank statement, esp. because I have just returned from an overseas business trip and thought my debit card # had been lifted or something!
Thanks for the post! We saw it flagged on our account and couldn’t place the charge. It was showing a recurrent charge on our account.
I just seen this charge on my bank statement too. Made me freak out a little but when I went into website, I realized that this charge was the amount that I wrote a check out for a couple of weeks ago for my daughter’s elementary school yearbook! And no check # was included so I was really thrown off!
Just checked my checking account and was surprised to see the exact transaction processed found on this blog. Mahalo much … case solved.
Thank you for that I’m in indiana
Me as well I’m in San Antonio TX puzzled over the charge. This now makes sense.
