Harbison Murder & Misty Davis

Does anyone else think that the picture of Nick Harbison in the Evansville Courier makes him look like Fester from Adams Family?

Nick Harbison

Nick took the stand this morning to testify in the trial against his then girlfriend Misty Davis, whom he implicated in the triple murder. According to Nick she was never aware for any murder, although it seems a bit peculiar considering he was covered in blood and attempting to wash off with a garden hose.

“All I told her was that I hurt some people,” he said. “I didn’t tell her who or nothing.”

I feel sorry for Misty if it’s true, because if found guilty she could face up to 8 years in prison. Harbison has already plead guilty to the triple homicide and serving a life sentence. In addition, Joyce Harbiso, Nick Harbison’s step mother is also implicated in the murder for assisting Nick.

Joy Harbison

“Did you know Nick was in trouble?” McDonald asked Joyce Harbison when she took the stand Thursday.

“No, I didn’t,” Harbison replied.

“Then why did you use your maiden name?” he asked.

“Well I guess because it was suggested,” Joyce Harbison replied, adding “I can’t remember. It’s just like a big nightmare.”

Another story in Evansville murder history that needs to be hidden in it’s dark closet. My heart goes out to the families involved and if Misty Davis and Joyce are sincerely innocent, I hope they get a fair hearing.

Its almost been 5 years since this bastard took my bestfriend, Bekah. I miss her terribly! Man, I see her smile every morning I wake up. I just wish I could hug her and tell her how much I love her, and catch up on old times. Damn….
